At PickExplore, we ship nationwide with fast and reliable delivery times. Delivery varies depending on the product and your location. Most orders arrive within 3 to 12 business days. The estimated delivery date for each product is displayed on its product page and during checkout.
1. General Information
PickExplore sells and ships products stocked locally. All orders are processed, packaged, and shipped from our warehouse or from trusted local fulfillment centers. We do not ship directly from international suppliers, ensuring consistent delivery times and accurate tracking updates.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Our standard delivery window for all available products is:

Delivery times shown on each product page and during checkout reflect the real estimate for that specific item based on availability, destination, and product type.
For high-demand or low-stock items, the estimate displayed represents the accurate expected time for that SKU. If a product cannot meet our 3–12 day delivery standard, it will not be listed as available.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Product weight
- Destination
- Available shipping method
Many items include shipping in the product price; this is clearly indicated on the product page. If shipping is not included, you will be able to select from the available delivery options and view the final cost before completing your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:
- Tracking number (if applicable)
- Assigned carrier
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order directly on our website through the Order Tracking page.
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages. If so, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:
